The purpose of the course is to guide and make the students realize that through participation with sport and exercise can improve their health and wellbeing

- Learn how to gym well and how to use the opportunities for fitness in their hall life.
- Familiarize with different sports or activities, encourage them to find alternative ways of exercising.
- Improve their body, psychology and mental health and well-being of students of our university.
