  • Ανάπτυξη μεθόδων ηλεκτροφόρησης, χρωματογραφίας και ηλεκτροχρωματογραφίας για βελτιωμένους εναντιομερείς και μη εναντιομερείς διαχωρισμούς διάφορων αναλυτών.
  • Χρήση των συζευγμένων τεχνικών ηλεκτροφόρηση τριχοειδούς-φασματογράφος μάζας (CE-MS) και UPLC-MS-MS για το διαχωρισμό, την ανίχνευση και την ποσοτικοποίηση διάφορων αναλυτών.
  • Εφαρμογή των βέλτιστων συνθηκών διαχωρισμού σε βιολογικά και φυσικά προϊόντα και σε τρόφιμα.
  • Ποιοτική και ποσοτική ανάλυση εναντιομερών σε βιολογικά δείγματα για σκοπούς κλινικής διάγνωσης.
  • Προσδιορισμός των πιο αποτελεσματικών μεθόδων προετοιμασίας του δείγματος.
  • Σύνθεση, χαρακτηρισμός και χρήση χειρόμορφων ιοντικών υγρών στην ηλεκτροφόρηση τριχοειδούς για επίτευξη καλύτερων διαχωρισμών και καλύτερης αποδοτικότητας.
  • Τροποποίηση τριχοειδών στηλών για βελτιωμένους διαχωρισμούς.
  • Αξιολόγηση συνεργιστικών συστημάτων εναντιομερούς διαχωρισμού.
  • Χρήση κυκλοφρουκτανών ως χειρόμορφοι επιλογείς στην ηλεκτροκινητική χρωματογραφία (EKC).
