Profile Information

Christos Koutsampelas is a researcher at the Economics Research Centre of the University of Cyprus. He holds a BSc in Economics, a MSc degree in International Economics and Finance and a PhD in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business. His research interests include the empirical study of economic inequality, redistribution and social policy in the EU. He has published various articles in international peer-reviewed journals, been involved in various research programmes, worked intensively with microdata and co-authored a large number of national reports to the European Commission.
