Profile Information

Constantinos Papalucas is an EastMed Energy Policy expert and currently an Adjunct Lecturer of Energy Strategy and Management at the University of Cyprus. He worked as an Associate at Harvard University's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, assessing the issues surrounding the gas finds and the emerging energy hubs in the Eastern Mediterranean.

He previously served at the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee during the vote of H.R.6 and H.R. 3301 bills where he focused on the use of the EU Third Energy package as a paradigm for the Northern American Infrastructure decision model. In addition, he has been leading an Energy consulting company working both on private and public infrastructure projects mainly in Southeastern Europe and generally the Eastern Mediterranean.

His work has been hosted in the Belfer Center's Newsletter and in mainstream journals of the United States and most of the EastMed countries. He is an Engineer, holding both Masters in Business and Public Administration from University of Cyprus and the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
