Το ερευνητικό μου πρόγραμμα εξετάζει ένα ευρύ φάσμα βασικών προβλημάτων στη Βιοφυσική/Βιοαναλυτική Xημεία. Οι τεχνικές φασματοσκοπίας υπερύθρου με μετατροπή Fourier (FTIR), Attenuated Total Reflection FTIR, time-resolved step-scan FTIR, και resonance Raman σε συνδυασμό με την υγρή χρωματογραφία υψηλής απόδοσης (HPLC) αποτελούν τα εργαλεία μας για τη μελέτη θεμελιωδών μηχανισμών στη Βιοχημεία και Χημεία Τροφίμων.

My research program addresses a wide range of fundamental problems in Biophysical/Bioanalytical Chemistry. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Attenuated Total Reflection FTIR, time-resolved step-scan FTIR, and resonance Raman are the spectroscopic tools along with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the investigation of basic mechanisms in Biochemistry and Food Chemistry.
